The soundproofing in the rooms was not great, and we could hear a lot of noise from the corridor at times. the area around the hotel was a little rundown and not very picturesque.

I arrived at 3.15am after a delayed flight, and the staff at Metropolitano Supara were very kind and accommodating. The next day, a young woman with glasses provided excellent English-speaking service and was incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is lovely, with spotless rooms and a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was also good. I highly recommend this hotel.
